David L Lawrence Convention Ctr Parking
The David L. Lawrence Convention Center is a 1,500,000-square-foot convention, conference and exhibition building situated on the southern shoreline of the Allegheny River.  It includes almost 400,000 square feet of exhibit space, a ballroom of approximately 32,000 square feet, 51 meeting rooms, two 250 seat lecture halls. Plans also include completion of 4,500 square feet of retail space  It is owned by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County.

The building was awarded Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification by the US Green Building Council in 2003 and won the Supreme Award for structural engineering excellence from the Institution of Structural Engineers in 2004.
